The State Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter referred as "SIPO" of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Commerce/National Commitee for Intellectual Property Rights of the Kingdom of Cambodia (hereinafter referred as "MOC/NCIPR"), agree on the establishment of a memorandum of understanding on the cooperation of Intellectual Property (hereinafter referred as "IP") on 23 of March, 2011.
The objective of this memorandum is to recognize the importance of promoting cooperation in the IP field to enhance the economic, trade, science and technology relations between the People's Republic of China and the Kingdom of Cambodia, both parties express their desire to strengthen the existing friendship and cooperation between the two sides.
